DEVELOPING A HEALTH YOUNG LOOKING SKIN MADE EASY

There's nothing vain about wanting to have healthy and younger looking skin. In addition to boosting yourself confidence, healthy skin is an indicator of a healthy body. So, if your goal is to achieve better skin, then here are the tips necessary to turn back the hands of time and give you the healthiest skin that you have seen in years.

Tip 1 - Use Sun Protection

Sun can be very damaging to your skin. In fact it's the number one cause of premature aging. So, make sure you always protect against it. A good rule to follow is if you're going to be in the sun for more than 20 minutes, you should protect your skin with sunscreen. This will help to protect your skin from sun damage while also keeping it moisturized.

Ideally, you should be wearing protection of at least SPF 15. If you wear foundation makeup, try to switch to a brand that uses a SPF included in its formula. Remember, you shouldn't have to sacrifice the long-term health of your skin for beauty.

Tip 2 - Eat Right

Most skin care is an internal process. So, instead of committing too much time mulling over which cream to put on your face, you should be more concerned about what is going on inside your body.

If you nourish your body correctly and drink lots of water, your skin is going to look great. If you eat poorly and dehydrate yourself with sodas and coffees, then it's going to show on your face.

There are a variety of foods that will keep you looking young and healthy. These foods include multi-grain breads to eliminate free radicals, oats for youthful skin, lots of vitamins (ABCDE) to boost cell rejuvenation, and meats and fish for their essential amino acids.

Tip 3 - Drink Water and Exercise

The combination of consuming water and sweating it out is a great way to flush toxins out of your skin. As you work out, your skin releases water as sweat to rid itself of other bacteria that's harmful to your skin. Then, to hydrate the skin to keep it young and healthy, you'll have to consume more water to restart the process.

Drinking water also helps keep your skin hydrated and remain well-nourished. Because dryness and malnourishment can cause wrinkles, drinking water is key to maintaining a youthful glow.
