WEBLINKX this is my first blog that I created last 2007. This blog accepts all forms of paid advertising and other means to generate money via blogging. Some of my friend are also into blogging and had generated goo sum of money because of blogging. Blogging is a big help to me. Money is easy to produce because of blogging. I would suggest to those who are looking for money making sites, blogging is one of the best way to earn money online.

BLOGGING DISCOVERY

Having so many blogs can be very tiring, especially when updating each blog. I experienced this myself. At present I do have 10 blogs that I manage personally. From editing and updating, it's all me. Many of my blogging friend ask me why do i create so many blogs. Actually, blogging is a way of getting revenue online. This is by writing paid post in your blog. This was introduced to us by a person I will never forget. I started blogging last 2007 and I had written around 1000 post, not all paid actually. But it still counts as my post. This is what we call blogging for money.

How does it works? Well for starters, you must create your own blog. There are two known platforms right now that are easy to manage and understand. These are Blogger and Wordpress but there are also others that you can use as platform for your blogging career. After you have created your blog, you must continue to write and write and write and write until you get your blog's Page Rank. You can check you blog's page rank accessing page rank determination site.

Usually blog should have a Page Rank after 2 months or even earlier. Page Rank is determined by Google. You might be wondering why page rank is important. It is because Page Rank reflects the blogging habit of the blog owner, in short term actually. It is also an indicator how well a blogger writes in his/her articles as it is posted in the blog.

Page Rank is not permanent! Yes, it is because there are blogs that were penalized by Google. Only Google knows how and when to remove a Page Rank of a blog. That is their discretion. Some would say that because of paid post and bad links. But actually every thing is under Google's power. To maintain your Page Rank, you must post always. Write as many articles as you want. The more the merrier.

I would like to mention some of my blogs that you might be interested to look at and read some of my articles. Weblinkx, Medical Chronicles, Firelynx, Lynxfast, View Me Online, Its All About Brian

SPEEDING YOUR EXPLORER POWER

nternet Explorer has been in a features arms race with Firefox for a while. More and more people are switching to Firefox because of its speed and stability. A big reason people still use Internet Explorer is it is the first browser that a new user will see so they become familiar with it.. If Internet Explorer did not ship with Windows it would not have the amount of users it does.

If that new user wants to use Internet Explorer but wants to give their browsing a speed boost. Here are a few tips.

If you Don't Need a Proxy Don't Use One.

A proxy server is used if you have a slow connection. If you have a high speed connection you usually don't need it. Here is how you remove it. Go to tools and select Internet Options. In the Internet Options click on the Connections tab and press the LAN settings. Just remove all of the check marks, click on OK.

Get Rid of 3rd Party Toolbars

Some software companies have learned that there is money to be made by installing their software branded toolbar. The problem with these toolbars is when installed they take up bandwidth and computer resources while you browse the internet. To remove the toolbars you don't need, just identify the toolbar and remove it for add/remove programs. If it is not listed in add/remove programs it may be spyware. You will then need to scan your computer with your favorite spyware/malware software.

Increase the Amount of Connections Internet Explorer uses.

By default Internet Explorer only uses 10 simultaneous connections to download content from a webpage. Here is how you can increase the amount of connections. Open notepad and paste the code below in it.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionInternet Settings]

"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=dword:00000020

"MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=dword:0000020

Save the file by clicking save as, change Save as type to All Files, name the file speedup.reg.

So there you have it. With these few changes you can really change the performance of Internet Explorer. If you want a completely better experience give Firefox a try. You won't be disappointed.

REASON WHY YOUR COMPUTER SLOWS DOWN

Everyday, we go to our desk and start up our computers. Most of us have the luxury of having it start up right away and fairly fast. However, others can go through a very slow and frustrating start-up. This can be annoying, especially if you need to check something on your computer quickly, or don't have much time to sit around and wait for it to begin. After all, time is money!

Automatic program start-ups

One common problem that puts a drag on your speed is programs that automatically start up. A lot of programs installed on your computer have an option to open when your computer starts up, and a lot of them have the option selected automatically without you realizing it.

Having a lot of programs running when your computer starts up is the same thing as trying to get a hundred people in one door at the same time; it's very crammed and very slow. So, this will tend to use up your onboard memory (RAM) when it could better be served accommodating your operating system.

Look for the little icons on the lower right hand corner of your screen. Right click each of these and see if you can select the option to turn off their automatic start-up function. It is no big deal if these programs don't open automatically, you can always start these program from start-all programs, when you need to.

Corrupt registry

Another cause for a slow computer start-up is problems with the registry. The registry is the single most important part of your operating system. It deals with system preferences and hardware and software configuration, as well. If the registry gets bloated and has corrupted files, this can be the cause of a slow start-up and a slow computer in general.

Keep in mind; none of this is your fault. Everything you do with your PC changes the state of the registry. The only way you can prevent your registry from getting any corruption of any kind is to not use it. This is, of course, a ridiculous solution.

There are, however, registry cleaners that are made to put your registry back in line after it has been altered. Most of these cleaners offer a free scan, so you will know before you need to purchase one whether or not it is registry corruption slowing you down.

Delete temporary Internet files

There are other possibilities that will slow a computer's start-up. One of these causes is your computer's temporary Internet files. Cleaning these out on a regular basis can speed up your computer.

With Internet Explorer 6.0, you would go to the IE window and click tools-delete browsing history and the delete temporary Internet files. This step will save the computer from loading a lot of extra stuff the next time it starts up.

Low on RAM

Another reason for a slow computer start-up is you might not have enough computer memory. Upgrading your computer's memory or RAM is a good thing to do for your computer in general and results in faster speeds and better performance. However, if your computer has just started to rapidly loose speed, it wouldn't be lack of memory, it is more likely registry corruption.

Too little RAM generally, manifests itself after a new program has been added to the computer and the performance suffers when this program is running.

The causes of slow computers start-ups can be a little bit more serious as well. For instance, you could have a virus or your hard drive could be failing. Either one of these things could indicate big problems. Before you become too scared however, it is my experience a hard drive usually starts becoming very noisy when it is on its last legs. Still, you should be aware if this happens and you should scan for viruses regularly.

UPGRADING YOUR LAPTOP

If you are bored with using the same old technology of your laptop, and disturbed by its day by day decreasing speed, then it is the right time to have your laptop upgraded. But before you proceed with upgrading, you should search for all the criteria that needs to be upgraded to give a new look plus more capacity to your laptop. Several things can be upgraded in laptops such as, memory, the video card, the processor, the hard disk etc. Therefore it is essential for you to be sure of your motive for upgrading your laptop.

You can upgrade the memory or the RAM very easily by opening a partition in the laptops bottom. Here you can add to or remove the memory. The RAM can be decided by you at the time of the purchase of the laptop. However, there is a similar RAM contained in the laptop so that you can utilize it when you feel you need to upgrade your laptop memory. Apart from that you can buy the RAM from a number of stores. These are available in a variety of bytes and can be installed in the laptop very easily. You may be able to install it yourself, but if you are not sure of how to do it seek the help of a skilled technician.

Along with the memory you can upgrade the video card of your laptop too. The newly manufactured and hi tech laptops offer these options to the user. However, this was not so easy or not available in the earlier designs of laptops. For upgrading laptops with their video cards you will have buy a new and better chip to replace the old one As it was said before, not all types of laptops have such facilities for replacement. if you are not sure about yours, you should consult your manufacturer about this issue

Like the memory and the video card you can enhance the hard disk drive too. Based on the manufacturer, you have the opportunity of upgrading the hard disk size. You can choose to change the hard disk by going for the larger sizes and in that respect the best thing will be to consider the external drives first. The external drives are the USB drives and though this may hamper the portability of the laptop, it is still considered to be good.

Based on the information above, it is very clear that upgrading laptops is not a very difficult task. However it is true that in certain instances the help or the suggestion of the manufacturer is a must. Otherwise if you are familiar with the type of laptop you own, then nothing should prevent you from upgrading it by yourself.

MALFUNCTION LIGHT IS ON

Last Tuesday, I brought the car with to the office. After office, as I was driving my car home, I noticed that the malfunction light was on. I parked and turned the ignition off and turn it on again the malfunction light was still on. I informed my brother about this and he said to me that the light must have been caused by water. But it was not raining that day. The area was totally dry. Well i guess this car needs to be check right away because if prolonged, there might be more damages that will happen to my Honda City 2003 edition.

SIMPLE THINGS THAT MAKE US FAT

There is only one thing that makes people fat, and that is excess calories. It takes a deficit or surplus of 3,500 calories to lose or gain one single pound of body fat. That deficit or surplus is decided by three factors. The first is your resting metabolic rate (RMR); everyone burns a certain number of calories just living and breathing. The two remaining factors are calories taken in from the food and beverages you consume and calories burned through physical activity. What is left is a caloric surplus (weight gain) or deficit (weight loss). Many people gain weight because they consume calories that go unrecognized or because they don't consider how small amounts of calories can add up.

Here are the top five things that can make you fat:

1-Coffee-You may be thinking, "How can coffee make me fat?" After all, it's only water and caffeine, which has no calories. Enter what I call "the Starbucks effect.' Today, many people have become addicted to flavored, oversized coffee drinks and their high-caloric content. If you think your Starbucks coffee run is harmless, consider that a Venti Mocha Frappucino® has 346 calories, a Venti Caramel Macchiato® with whole milk has 312 calories, and even a grande latte with non-fat milk packs over 200 calories. Every squirt of caramel, mocha, or other flavorings will cost you approximately 75 calories; every sugar packet, another 25 calories. Those who find themselves making two daily runs to Starbucks (or any other coffee house) may be taking in over 500 calories a day on coffee drinks. Based on a five-day workweek, that's 2,500 calories a week or 10,000 calories a month. Over the course of a year, there are enough calories in your coffee indulgences to pack on over 34 pounds.

2-Alcohol-So you work hard, and your day is full of stress and pressure. When it's over, all you want to do is to sit down, relax, and have a drink or two to "take the edge off." Sound familiar? Millions of people rely on that glass of wine, a gin and tonic, or a martini to feel better at the end of the day. The average drink has approximately 150 calories, and if you happen to be partial to mixed or exotic drinks-like daiquiris, mojitos, cosmopolitans or other tasty libations-the calorie count is substantially higher. Two average drinks can cost you 300 calories a day or 2,100 calories a week. So drinking regularly can yield over 2 pounds per month and 24 pounds per year.

3-Low-Fat, Fat-Free, Low-Calorie, and Sugar-Free Foods-If you've tracked the increase of overweight and obese people in the United States, you might have noticed that it mirrors the proliferation of foods marketed to make us thin. For years we have been tricked into thinking that we can eat more and weigh less, but it doesn't work that way. If you want to weigh less, you have to eat less and move more. Read labels for calories per portion, and watch the size of your portions. Any time you eat directly out of a box or bag, you are setting yourself up for potential weight-gain. Try taking a portion or two out of the box or bag and putting it in a bowl.

4-Diets-Each year over 70 million people go on a diet to lose weight, but 95 percent of them will gain all the weight back. Most will gain even more weight than were trying to lose when they started the diet. There are three specific reasons that this happens. First, when you dramatically reduce your caloric intake, your body responds by protecting its fat stores by slowing down your resting metabolism. A lower metabolic rate means you will burn fewer calories at rest. Second, many diets reduce carbohydrates, which are the primary energy source needed for physical activity. This tends to make you fatigued and less likely to increase your activity. Third, many diets force your body to convert protein from your muscle tissue for energy. Lean muscle tissue is your body's fat-burning machinery and allows you to burn more calories at rest. When you lose weight, you want it to be from fat, not from lean muscle tissue.

5-Lack of Physical Activity-The number one reason people give for not exercising is time. We can't find time to exercise, yet the average person watches television for 4½ hours every day. It has been proven that small amounts of physical activity can have a big impact on your weight and your health. There are very inexpensive "low-sweat" solutions for increasing your physical activity that you can perform in as few as 10 to 15 minutes a day-while watching television. Little moves can create big results.

COMPUTER CRASH

One of the most annoying problems a PC users faces in computer crashes. This problem is particularly frustrated because it severely interrupts all programs running and collapses the entire system. Windows Vista is Microsoft most powerful and stable operating system. However, like all new software its not complete and filed with bugs. This is a formula that will cause innumerable computer crashes. But, computer crashes are not always the fault of your operating system. The user shares a large amount of blame. Poorly maintained PCs can build up damaging corrupt files and coding errors. Also dust particles can clog fans and produce heat. All these are elements that will eventually lead to computer crashes. This articles hope to give you enough information to avoid future problems and repair current ones.

The Top 4 Reasons For Computer Crashes.

#1 Cause of Computer Crashes: TOO HOT

Problem: Computer components are more powerful than ever. A piece of silicon hardware can produce an enormous amount of heat. However, your computer is usually configured to manage perfectly regardless of high temperatures. When dust is added to your hard ware, it creates an form of insulation that traps heat instead of ventilating it properly. This is the most common cause of computer crashes. If you see your computer fan clogged with cake like dust, you have created an environment for constant computer crashes due to overheating.

Solution: Remove the computer case and use a can of compressed air to blow out all the dust in the case. Make sure to completely clean the fan. Be careful not to dislodge an wires or components during the process.

#2 Cause of Computer Crashes: Bad Drivers

Problem: Computer crashes are often caused by system drivers not functioning properly. The driver provides a link between your software and hardware. If your operating system can not communicate with the hardware it shuts down and re-attempts attempt to contact the driver during the start up process.

Solution: Updating the driver or troubleshooting it may eliminate this problem. Check your device drivers for any errors which are indicated by an yellow exclamation mark or an X. Follow the below instructions to evaluate the driver:

1.Click "Start"

2.Click "Control Panel"

3.Click "System"

4.In the System menu, click the "hardware" tab

5.Click Device Manager to bring up a full list of

hardware drivers.

6.Right click and choose "Properties" to evaluate the status and troubleshoot the hardware device.

In Vista you can reach the the device manager the following method:

1.Click "Start"

2.Click "Control Panel"

3.Click "Hardware and Sound"

4.Click "Device Manager"

#3 Cause for Computer Crashes

Problem: Bad Power Supply

Most people are completely unaware that their computer has an internal power supply. The Power Supply Unit (PSU) problems are usually indicated by your PC inability to boot or use RAM. Int this case, pressing the power button produces only able to get a blank or blue screen. When the power supply goes bad, your RAM and graphic card begin to malfunction. The final result is your computer crashes when Windows demands a large amount of power.

Solution: PSU are very easy to replace. If you are a gamer who puts high demands on your system with large amount of RAM and high powered graphics cards, you should definitely upgrade to bigger power supply unit.

#4 Corrupt Files

Problem: Many programs, especially ones with online access have encoding problems. Not to mention malware which is purposely coded to disrupt your system. They leave broken foot prints in many areas of your PC memory. However, once these programs are disengaged or removed from your computer, it leaves the error filled tags which also are known as corrupt files. Dlls, Direct Link Library, are files that are shared by multiple programs and are especially sensitive to damage. If one rogue programs damages a dll file, registry file or any essential process, it can cause computer crashes.

Solution: You can repair these files if you are in possession of your original Windows CD. Both XP and Vista offer a wonderful scan and repair tool that can usually repair your disrupted system and stops computer crashes.

How to use Window's SFC Scan and Repair command:

1.Click Start

2. Right Click the Command Prompt or type cmd

3. Type sfc/scannow

4. The tool will scan for damaged files. When prompted provide the Windows original disk for repair.

Remember that computer crashes are not random occurrences. There is a source for this fatal error. You just have to pin point and discover the cause. Remember to always update drivers when install new hardware or any resources intensive software. Show your PC love and care by cleaning it's external and internal parts.

KEEPING AN ACTIVE LIFESTYLE

There is much evidence to indicate that blood with a high fat turbidity, that is to say an elevated fat content, tends to clot more readily. This evidence helps explain why many coronary victims are stricken in their sleep.

As a rule, the hours of night time sleep occur from four to five hours after the evening meal-in the United States the heaviest of the day-coinciding with the peak of a post-meal rise in blood-fat. If the meal was rich in fats, the ensuing sticky surge of fat-laden blood might be too much for already partially choked coronary arteries.

One set of statistics has it that more than 50 percent of coronary attacks occur during sleep. Only 2 percent occur during violent exercises.

There has been no breakdown indicating the number of people who have suffered an emotional shock or fright just prior to an attack, but at least we know that violent physical exertion is not often the trigger that sets off a coronary attack

Arnald of Villanova (1235-1318) set the pace for the digestion beliefs of the Renaissance, some of which have trickled down to us. Arnold wrote: "Let the individual take moderate exercise before eating, and rest entirely after it, until the food has left the stomach. Then he should ride horses, or gently ride a mule." That last rule should hold right after eating, in the light of what we know today.

The whole idea of getting-up-and-around after a meal applies doubly and trebly as you grow older. There is no doubt whatsoever that your system becomes less able to handle fats when you pass the forties. If a given meal causes the blood-fat levels to rise to a certain point in four hours when you are thirty-five, it may cause an equal elevation in only two or three hours by the time you hit fifty. In addition, the blood-cholesterol rise continues for an hour-or-two more, and recedes much more slowly. That's one of the big reasons why doctors agree that you should eat fewer calories, particularly fats of any kind, as you grow older. "Yes, Grandpa and Grandma, the get-up-and-around-after-eating rule applies most definitely to you.

Finally-ladies-if it is at all possible, talk your husband into taking a job entailing more physical activity, if such a choice can be made. There cannot be much doubt that men engaged in active physical work have a much better chance of escaping coronary disease than those in sit-down, or sedentary occupations. A London study proved quite conclusively that bus drivers, for example, are much more subject to coronary disease than conductors-who move around a lot.

Several big, broad-scale studies, made in Great Britain, confirm this general rule. In one study, 8800 autopsies indicated that almost all bodies examined showed evidence of coronary narrowing. But the narrowing was considerably less in men who were physically active in their work, than among those who had sit-down jobs. It was also noted that advanced coronary disease occurred twice as frequently among men engaged in light work, as compared to those who were doing heavy work.

Scars of actual coronary attacks were three times more common among men who did light work, than men who did heavy work.

To summarize this study: The coronary arteries of sedentary workers showed lesions and evidence of "The Grease Trap Disease" comparable to the arteries of "active" workers who were twelve years older. When the men who were physically active did have an attack, it was apt to be less severe. Men in active work tended to develop coronary dis¬ease later in life. It took longer for their arteries to fill up.

Unfortunately, however, we can't accept these studies entirely at face value and apply them to Americans, because corresponding dietary studies were not made at the same time.

Class distinctions are quite marked in England. The clerk doesn't eat the same kind of diet as the labourer, or the truck driver. In these British studies, exercise may not have been the sole determining factor that controlled the formation of coronary artery plaques.

However, exercise and activity play their part in cholesterol control. There can be no doubt about that. Rest assured that when the hard fat intake is equal, among men and women anywhere in the world, the active person is less likely to develop a high blood-cholesterol level-and coronary attack.

THE IMPORTANCE OF WATER

WATER ON EMPTY STOMACH

It is popular in Japan today to drink water immediately after waking up every morning. Furthermore, scientific tests have proven a its value. We publish below a description of use of water for our readers. For old and serious diseases as well as modern illnesses the water
treatment had been found successful by a Japanese medical society as a 100% cure for the following diseases:

Headache, body ache, heart system, arthritis, fast heart beat, epilepsy, excess fatness, bronchitis asthma, TB, meningitis, kidney and urine diseases, vomiting, gastritis, diarrhea, piles, diabetes, constipation, all eye diseases, womb, cancer and menstrual disorders, ear nose and throat diseases.

METHOD OF TREATMENT

1. As you wake up in the morning before brushing teeth, drink 4 x 160ml glasses of water.

2. Brush and clean the mouth but do not eat or drink anything for 45 minute.

3. After 45 minutes you may eat and drink as normal.

4. After 15 minutes of breakfast, lunch and dinner do not eat or drink anything for 2 hours.

5. Those who are old or sick and are unable to drink 4 glasses of water at the beginning may commence by taking little water and gradually increase it to 4 glasses per day.

6. The above method of treatment will cure diseases of the sick and others can enjoy a healthy life.

The following list gives the number of days of
treatment required to
cure/control/ reduce main diseases:

1. High Blood Pressure - 30 days

2. Gastric - 10 days

3. Diabetes - 30 days

4. Constipation - 10 days

5. Cancer - 180 days

6. TB - 90 days

7. Arthritis patients should follow the above treatment only for 3 days in the 1st week, and from 2nd week onwards - daily.

This treatment method has no side effects, however at the commencement of treatment you may have to urinate a few times. It is better if we continue this and make this procedure as a routine work in our life.

Drink Water and Stay healthy and Active.

This makes sense .. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals ..not cold water. Maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!! Nothing to lose, everything to gain...For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.

It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion.

Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine. Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.

A serious note about heart attacks: Women should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line. You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack.

Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms.

60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive...

A cardiologist says if everyone who gets this article shares it to everyone they know, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life.

SIMPLE WAYS TO BECOME SUCCESSFUL

Step 1- Find and Clarify Your Vision of Success:

If you don't yet know what you want to achieve that's okay. There are ways to find out. Ask yourself what you are good at, what you enjoy doing, and what you would be doing if money were no object. Write out an ideal scenario of you having and doing what you dream of.

Step 2- Define your Goals Clearly:

From your ideal scenario of your Vision of Success identify concrete goals. Define them clearly and write them down. Writing your goals down is very important and gives them more power than just thinking or imagining your success.

Step 3- Visualize Yourself Achieving Your Goals:

Before setting off on the path to success you must first be able to see yourself achieving your success. You must believe that you can do it. Your imagination is a powerful creative tool. Once we can vividly imagine something, it often opens the door to manifesting it (Gawain, 1997).

Step 4- Uncover Psychological Blocks to Success:

If you have difficulty with steps one and two you may have internal obstacles preventing you from having or keeping what you want. On some level you may feel undeserving of success and happiness and this may be reflected in a lack of achievement. To uncover these obstacles ask yourself how you truly feel about having what you desire. Is there any guilt attached to this? One way to uncover any blocks here is to write down why you deserve to be successful. This can reveal any feelings to the contrary. Examine where your attitudes about success came from. Write out all you fears and fantasies associated with being successful.

Step 5- Remove Psychological Blocks to Success:

Often just the awareness of negative attitudes and beliefs about success begins the process of letting them go. You can't force change, but there are different tools and techniques that may be helpful. Some of these include: positive affirmations, therapy, success coaching, support groups such as Visions Anonymous, and rituals to rid yourself of the negative beliefs e.g. write them down then burn/tear them up.

Step 6- Make a Clear Plan With a Timeline:

Consider creating a plan that breaks your goals down into 5-year goals, 1-year goals, 6-months, 3-months and 1-month achievements. After completing this plan you can do weekly goals that will put you on schedule for all of the other goal milestones. Be realistic here so you don't get discouraged.

Step 7- Chart your Progress:

It is important to assess your progress at regular intervals. Pick a day once a week or once a month, read your plan and see if you are on schedule. Reward yourself for achieving milestones. If you need to adjust your plan be realistic and do so. Also, be honest with yourself. Visions and goals can change. If you find that you no longer really want this Vision do not be afraid to change your plan.

Step 8- Enjoy Your Success!

Once you have achieved your goals and your Vision of Success it is very important to acknowledge this. Reward yourself, give yourself credit and allow yourself to feel the attendant good feelings. Don't just rush off to your next goal as if you take your success for granted.

Step 9- Cultivate Gratitude:

Having gratitude is important once you achieve your visions. Literally "count your blessings", give thanks, allow yourself to enjoy them, and relish the experience of the success you already have. This increases success by attracting more of what you currently possess. One simple way to do this is to write a gratitude list (listing everything that you feel grateful for).

Step 10- Give it Away:

Out-flowing (giving away our material gifts and talents) makes room for more to flow to us. When out of feelings of fear or insecurity, we cling to what we have, we cut this flow off. You must not only express gratitude for achieving success, you must share this success with others. Share your resources, time and talents. You are also giving it away when you tell your story to others so that they might be encouraged.

3 REASON WHY MARRIAGE FAILS

There are more than just 3 reasons why marriages fail, but these are some of the biggest reasons why marriages fail. Chances are that they are reasons you may not have even thought about before. Pay attention to these reasons and you will have an upper hand over most people.

The first of the reasons why marriages fail is simple. The people in the relationship don't know who is coming into the marriage, and I am not talking about the person you married, I am talking about you. How can you ever love someone else, or expect someone else to love you, if you don't love yourself or know who the person you want them to love is. You have to take the time to develop a relationship with yourself first, and love that person and relationship if you ever hope for your marriage to be successful. This is the reason why so many marriages fail for people who marry in their late teens to early twenties.

The second reason is that the two people focus on the wrong things. Money is a huge reason why most married people argue. Why I am not sure because there is no point in arguing over something that you can't fix in this moment. If there isn't enough, there isn't enough. Now if one is not working but spends then we have a reason. But if both work, and both do their part, there is no need to argue because it is what it is. The point is that people focus on those things in the relationship that neither of them have control over and make that a wedge.

Instead, couples should focus on what they do have with one another, or support one another. When a bunch of self made millionaires were interviewed about why and how they were successful, all of them stated that their spouse had a significant part in their success. Their willingness to listen, help, and support made all of the difference. Many of those self made millionaires needed their spouse to work and pay all of the bills why they built their fortune, often times for 3 or 4 years before a profit was even seen. Very few relationships have this kind of support and help from their spouse.

The third of reasons why marriages fail is due to lack of communication and affection. Few people take the time to show their spouse how much they mean to them and how important that person is to them. Affection and communication many times go hand in hand because communication is more than just the words we use. We need to clearly communicate what we want, need, and how much that other person means to us. My wife and I specifically chose a marriage ritual that included us getting together ever full moon and restating our vows to one another. This is so that we will take the time to be mindful every single month of how much we mean to one another, and how important we are to one another.

COMMANDMENTS ON GOAL SETTING

1. Be Passionate

Be passionate about your goals so that you are motivated to achieve them. Scratch off any goals on your list that you are not willing to do anything it takes to accomplish them.

2. Be Realistic

When you choose goals for yourself, it is okay to dream, but you want to be as realistic as possible. You do not want to become discouraged when you don't achieve a specific goal. Choose time frames that are reasonable and goals that are a stretch from where you are today.

3. Write your goals down

Writing your goals down will lead to an increased chance of achieving them. Write them all down and then prioritise them in order of personal importance.

4. Be Detailed

Every goal should have a time frame and amount assigned to them. For example, "I would like to increase sales by 10% by the end of the year"; instead of, "I would like to increase sales for my business".

5. Be Accountable

To become successful at achieving your goals, you will need to hold yourself accountable by scheduling regular check points for progress review.

6. Ask for Help

Mentors and other professionals are valuable tools to help you in achieving your goals.

7. Have Integrity

Do what you say that you are going to do.

8. Be Persistent

Keep going until you reach your goals. Don't give up prematurely.

9. Be Prepared for Failure

If you fail, set a new goal and keep going. Most successful people fail at some point, and most business owners will tell you that they have failed numerous times on the way to becoming successful.

10. Reward Yourself

Choose a reward for each goal that will encourage you to work hard to achieve them. You are more likely to work hard when there is a reward at the end of the process.

KEEPING YOUR COMPUTER IN GOOD CONDITION

Your home computer is prone to damage as any other machine in your house, more, if you are connected to the Internet. You must take measures and learn some basic home computer repair methods to safeguard your computer against any potential damage. Here are the top-most important tools that serve as home computer protection as well as home computer repair methods:

• Anti-virus: You should invest in good anti-virus software for continuous online protection. To help with home computer repair, anti-virus software provides fixes for latest viruses and guards against spamming and phishing. You should update the anti-virus package periodically. The most popular ones include BitDefender, McAfee, Kaspersky Lab, F-Secure, Symantec Norton, and Panda. A typical package will cost you $30 to S50. Some basic anti-virus packages are also available for free.

• Anti-spyware/Anti-adware: Spyware and adware prove a menace when it comes to the performance of your computer. As a home computer repair and protection method, scan your computer using an anti-spyware, anti-adware package like Ad-Aware and Spybot Search & Destroy. These packages are available for free online.

• Operating System and Program Update/ Specific Computer Manufacture's Update: Updating your computer periodically with critical and recommended updates goes a long way in protecting your home computer against damages and rectifying non-functional devices.

• Firewalls: Your operating system may provide you with a firewall by default. You should install a personal firewall if your computer does not have one. A firewall acts as a filter, protecting your computer from malicious content from the Internet. Some popular firewalls include McAfee, Norton, and Zone Alarm. Some firewalls like Kerio are also available for free.

• Disk Defragmentation and Disk Cleanup: These tools come built-in with your computer and serve as important home computer repair methods. These tools help free up space on your computer. You should run these tools periodically.

• Error-checking utility: The computer provides another built-in home computer repair utility called the Error-checking utility. It checks the hard disk for bad sectors and tries to recover them.

• Back up and Recovery: A very dependable method for home computer repair is system restore. You should create restore points on your computer so that in case of any damage, you can restore your computer to a previously secure checkpoint. Also, to avoid losing any important data in case of a system damage or failure, it is a good idea to back up your data periodically.

9 DANGEROUS WOMEN USE

Nine Dangerous Words Women Use

1.) Fine: This is the word women use
to end an argument when they are right
and you need to shut up.

2.) Five Minutes: If she is getting
dressed, this means a half an hour.
Five minutes is only five minutes if
you have just been given five more
minutes to watch the game before
helping around the house.

3.) Nothing: This is the calm before
the storm. This means something, and
you should be on your toes. Arguments
that begin with Nothing usually end in
Fine.

4.) Go Ahead: This is a dare, not
permission. Don't Do It!

5.) Loud Sigh: This is actually a
word, but is a non-verbal statement
often misunderstood by men. A loud
sigh means she thinks you are an idiot
and wonders why she is wasting her
time standing here and arguing with
you about Nothing. (Refer back to #3
for the meaning of Nothing.)

6.) That's Okay: This is one of the
most dangerous statements a women can
make to a man. That's Okay means she
wants to think long and hard before
deciding how and when you will pay for
your mistake.

7.) Thanks: A woman is thanking you,
do not question, or Faint. Just say
you're welcome.

8.) Whatever: Is a women's way of
saying SCREW YOU!

9.) Don't worry about it, I got it:
Another dangerous statement, meaning
this is something that a woman has
told a man to do several times, but is
now doing it herself. This will later
result in a man asking "What's wrong?"
For the woman's response refer to #3.

THE TRUTH ABOUT CANCER

Cancer is one of the scariest diseases today for most people and being diagnosed with the dreaded word can stop us in our tracks. If there is a history of cancer in your family, like there is in mine, it's something you think about every time you find a lump, notice a new spot or have a pain that doesn't go away.

An article I found showed that Researchers from the Harvard School of Public Health (HSPH) and a network of collaborators estimated mortality for 12 types of cancer linked to nine risk factors in seven World Bank regions for the year 2001? The following are the nine factors they listed:
• Smoking
• Alcohol
• Overweight/obesity
• Low fruit & vegetable intake
• Physical inactivity
• Unsafe sex
• Air pollutants
• Contaminated injection in a healthcare setting
• Indoor smoke from coal furnace or fireplaces

I found these to be pretty common across the board for the most part but a couple surprised me. Some we have no control over but five of the nine we can and should take a serious look at how they play a role in our own life. The following are some life changes to consider incorporating in your life that can make a significant difference in preventing disease. 5 things that you can do now that will reduce your risk of cancer:

1. LOOSE WEIGHT: Now we all know obesity can be the cause of many diseases and our diets play a big role in how our bodies react to disease. It has been proven that our western diet is one of the major problems with our constant consumption of fast food, greasy fried foods and the time saving prepared foods in our daily diet. The lack of exercise is also one of the nine key factors in obesity and can lead to disease. It's also well documented in the medical field that up to 40 percent of cancer cases can be prevented by a healthy lifestyle. Loosing just 5-10% of your body weight can make a huge difference in how your body functions and will take the burden off organs trying to over compensate for that extra weight.

2. REDUCE STRESS: Let's face it we will all have stress on a daily basis probably for the rest of our lives what with today's hectic lifestyle, working long hours and driving in traffic dealing with the activities of our kids. There is good news though, we can learn how to deal with stress so the effect it has on our bodies is reduced to a minimum. If you control your emotions and thoughts surrounding the stressor, weather it's while you're driving in traffic or dealing with a boss that is blaming you for something he did or didn't do, you can change how you feel and the effect it has on your body. The following is a list of ways to control emotions that I found helpful.

• Take 15-30 minutes a day for yourself, try to clear your mind and visualize all stress leaving your body with every breath you exhale.
• Meditation
• Cat naps-small naps if you're able will really help your physical well being.
• Stop and notice how you're feeling when you're in a stressful situation then immediately change your feelings surrounding it.

What you'll find if you do one or more of these is that you will be able to control your emotions and how your body handles stress as it comes along. The key here is to not let the stress get to the point that is can affect your physical well being.

3. EAT HEALTHIER & EXERCISE: Even though some of us who are not over weight are still at risk due to poor diet. Our bodies are starved because of the lack of nourishment in the food we eat. According to a Swedish study published in the "Journal Diabetes Care" elevated blood sugar has the potential of increasing women's risk of pancreatic, skin, urinary tract, womb and breast cancer. We all know that a diet high in junk food and high levels of blood sugar can eventually cause Type 2 diabetes in some people. Also called adult onset diabetes, which happens when the body can no longer regulate hormone insulin, and has been shown to lead to increased cancer risk. However, the Swedish study demonstrated a correlation between blood sugar levels and cancer risk, independent of the occurrence of diabetes. Researchers studied nearly 65,000 adults between the ages of 40 and 60 for 13 years. They found that the 25 percent of women with the highest blood sugar had a 26 percent higher chance of developing cancer than the 25 percent with the lowest blood sugar levels. Breast cancer risk in particular was increased only among pre-menopausal women. Blood sugar levels did not correlate with cancer risk in men.

Our western diet of red meat, starch and sweets may also be a major cause of breast cancer among postmenopausal women. It could double the risk compared to a diet that's rich in vegetables. This is just another reason for people, and especially woman to make small changes that could make a big difference. A lot of women are eating a diet of soy and more fruits and vegetables but as we have discussed already that's not enough.

4. TAKE A GOOD SUPPLEMENT: We all know taking vitamins to supplement what we don't get in our food is not only essential it's mandatory in our changing world. There are a lot of choices out there when it comes to supplements and to get every nutrient our body needs you could spend a small fortune every month and still not know if it was enough or if it was the right nutrient to do the job. The ideal is that we find one that delivers all the nutrition we need while being easy to take without breaking the bank.

5. STOP SMOKING: This is a big one not only will it reduce your chances of getting cancer it will help many other areas you don't even realize. I'm an ex-smoker and I can tell you until I quit I didn't realize how many health issues I had that were exacerbated by smoking and improved once I quit. Not only has it slowed the aging process, smoking can age the skin and cause wrinkles, but I found I slept better and we all know that deeper sleep can greatly improve our overall health. These five things can reduce your risk of getting cancer but the most important hands down is nutrition. I have spent a lot of time researching what the body needs to function at its peak and I found that the nutrients we consume are handled differently by each person. What causes this is our assimilation and how readily we can absorb the nutrition we put in our mouths. If a person has a digestive problem then takes a supplement, let's say vitamin c, they would only absorb a small amount in the blood stream and the rest would be flushed through their system. A liquid supplement is going to be more easily absorbed since it will go directly to the blood stream then a tablet that has to be broke down in the stomach then absorbed so this is a good choice of many.

The key here is to start somewhere, if you eat healthier, get exercise, lose weight (if needed), handle stress and stop smoking you will reduce your chances of getting cancer significantly but giving the body the nutrition it needs to work as it was designed to is the most important thing you can do. Most of us take better care of our car then we do our own body and this is evident when you look at how many people have chronic diseases today compared to fifty years ago. The time to change is today.

THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE REPLACING YOUR OLD PC

When a computer starts to run slow the first thing that pops into the mind of most people is "I need more memory". Upgrading your systems memory is one of the cheapest and easiest upgrades to perform, but before you upgrade you need to find out a few things about your system.

How to find your current memory/RAM information If you have no idea what kind of memory your system is currently using then go download and install CPU-ID.

CPU-ID will show you the type of memory you are using, how much of it you have, as well as more advanced information. For now we are just interested in the size, i.e. the amount of RAM in your system.

To Upgrade or not to upgrade

If you have 2GB of RAM or more you probably have enough as it stands. In that case you may want to try other alternatives to speed up your PC, such as:

1. Defrag your hard drives

Either use Windows built in defragger, or a third-party defragger. The windows one can be found in the (Help and Support -> Tools -> Disk Defragmenter) on WinXP systems.

2. Run a Virus/Spyware/Trojan scan

3. Disable background programs/services

Start -> Run -> type "msconfig" -> Start up tab -> uncheck programs you don't need on start up.

4. Use windows performance monitoring to diagnose the problem.

This can be found in Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Performance. You can add counters by right-clicking on the chart. You should probably seek out a tutorial on how to use this.

5. Format your drive (The last resort, so try everything else first)

On the other hand, if you have 1GB or less you will most likely benefit from upgrading, especially if you are running Windows Vista. Vista seems to thrive at 2GB and it wouldn't hurt to have 2GB in a Windows XP or Linux system as well.

Things you should know beforehand

When upgrading your memory you should be aware of the following

1. All the RAM in your system should be identical, in other words all your RAM sticks should be of the same type, brand, and have the same timings. Using identical RAM will provide you with a more stable system than mixing RAM from different vendors.

2. In most cases the RAM currently in your system will be replaced by your new RAM.

3. Make sure your motherboard can support the RAM you are planning to buy. It's a good idea to check your motherboard manual or website regarding supported memory types e.g. DDR, DDR2, DDR3, Rambus, etc...

4. For 32-bit operating systems there is no point in having more than 4GB of RAM. In actuality only about 3GB of the 4GB is used with the remainder reserved by the OS. If you want a system that can run more than 4GB of memory you need to install a 64-bit version of the operating system.
